The free domain included with each plan is valid for one (1) year from the date of registration. Upon expiration, standard renewal rates will apply. The free domain offer applies to new registrations only and is limited to specific TLDs (.com, .net, .org, .io) as indicated at the time of sign-up.

7. Uptime Guarantee

inexHost guarantees 99.9% network uptime. In the event that monthly uptime falls below this threshold, eligible customers will receive service credits. Credits are the sole and exclusive remedy for downtime events and will not exceed the monthly service fee.

8. Limitation of Liability

inexHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including data loss or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. We may retain your data for up to 30 days after termination before permanent deletion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County, New York.
